Overcoming your obstacle

It generally takes an intentional mind shift to overcome your obstacle.

We must go from an “I can’t…” to an “I will…” attitude because “I will” shows determination; it is a powerful choice made by a very powerful person…

That person is YOU!

I am not just talking about the major traumas in life, I am also talking about the everyday struggles, like anxiety.

I have suffered from anxiety for much of my life, and I remember thinking, Why can’t I just be normal like everyone else? Why do I have to suffer from anxiety? Why can’t I just be normal?

But instead of taking on that victim mentality and believing the lie that something was wrong with me, I determined not to carry it as my identity and ask God for His strategy to beat it.

If we ask, He will indeed give it to us. It may be simple things like memorizing scripture or taking a supplement that helps keep you calm in times of anxiety or listening to a song that helps you sleep.

The strategy doesn’t have to be elaborate. Honestly, it’s usually pretty practical. God is a practical God. He is simple and straightforward, we sometimes want to complicate Him, but that isn’t often His way.

Instead of taking on that victim mentality and believing the lie that something was wrong with me, I determined not to carry it as my identity and ask God for His strategy to beat it.

He’s always faithful to give us a plan to win. But we have to ask, and we have to listen.

FOLLOW UP

Your blood changes about every 4 months in response to your environment, diet, emotions, travel etc. so following up with Dr. Hilu is important.

When he will need to reanalyze your blood will depend on his findings and the protocol you receive. He will not ask you to retest before 4 months and may recommend a follow up in 6, 8 or even 12 months.

Following up is a crucial part of the process since it is how Dr. Hilu and his team track your progress and update your protocol accordingly.

The last page of your results will include when to retest but you will also receive an email reminder. You will then order a follow up kit the same way as your first test.

Your follow up results will include:

  • The percentage of improvement in the areas listed in your first results
  • Any new findings that need to be addressed
  • An updated treatment plan/protocol

SUPPORT

Once Dr. Hilu analyzes your blood, you will be considered one of his patients and the clinic will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Our team of Personal Health Instructors are also available for hire if you feel it would be beneficial for you to speak with a health coach. Your Personal Health Instructor can help interpret your cellular analysis results and provide answers and tools to help you implement your protocol.

This includes:

  • Going through your results one line item at a time explaining Dr. Hilu’s findings. Helping to identify a theme in Dr. Hilu’s findings and highlight some potential root causes (dietary, stress, physical exercise etc).
  • Providing practical recommendations of changes  you can make in your everyday routine that support the protocol and its effectiveness. Without making these lifestyle changes, the supplements will only be so effective.
  • Thoroughly explaining Dr. Hilu’s recommendations and treatment plan and simplifying what your daily routine will look like.
  • Spending as much time as you are willing to address some of the emotional stressors that could be hindering healing and supporting you with tools that you can use to alleviate them.
  • A thorough follow up email after your consultation with all of the links to the suggested supplements (it is very important to use high quality and ethically sourced supplements), PDF food/recipe recommendations and other recommendations that are specific to you.

TREATMENT PLAN

Your treatment plan will include a list of specific supplements you should purchase along with instructions on how to take each product and for how long.

Other potential recommended treatments may include:

  • Therapies
  • Detoxes
  • Cleanses
  • In more severe cases, receiving on-site treatment at Dr. Hilu’s clinic in Marbella, Spain

RECOMMENDATIONS

Under “Recommendations” in your results, Dr. Hilu and his team will list lifestyle changes you should make in order to maximize the effectiveness of your treatment plan.

It is crucial to address every area in order to see the results you are looking for.

Some examples include:

  • Certain foods or food groups to avoid or minimize
  • Specific foods to add to your diet
  • Detox suggestions
  • Tips to address eating habits
  • Potential sensitivities to avoid/address (nickel, emf, humidity, toxins, etc.)
  • Exercise suggestions if applicable
  • Tips to improve mental/emotional health
  • Tips to address environmental factors
  • Dental suggestions if applicable
  • Tips for reducing stress and stressors

And much more according to Dr. Hilu’s findings…

Dr. Hilu’s Findings

Your results will include a complete list of all the abnormalities and imbalances Dr. Hilu found in your blood (does not include numbers or levels).

It is difficult to give a list of specific details you will receive in your results since every test differs from person to person depending on what Dr. Hilu sees in their cells.

You can find a list below of some of the things that he can see:

  • Permeability of the cell
  • If oxygen is getting into the cells
  • Every organ and organ system in the body
  • Vitamin deficiency or if a person is producing too much and not eliminating certain nutrients
  • Metallic and chemical toxicity
  • How cells are communicating with each other or not
  • Abnormalities or diseases with no name or origin
  • Oxidation stress which would hinder biological years
  • Imbalance of hormones but not specific levels or numbers
  • Everything about the immune system including any imbalances or infections
